Integrated Projects provided the Design Management and Project Management services for this circa $7.5m refurbishment project. The project objective was to create a hospitality and dining experience that went beyond great food. The space created, made the most of the existing building fabric to create multiple spaces of differing character within the one venue. The result is a space catering for 500 plus seated capacity with diverse spaces and an extensive menu, all served from a single kitchen.
